What data we process
This website has no forms. If you email us through the 'Email us' button or the address on the site, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
As with almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical data with each visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is needed to run and secure the website.
What we use your data for
We only use your data to answer your question and, if you wish, to schedule a no-obligation call. We never sell your data and we don't send newsletters or advertising unless you ask for it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us, or the performance of a contract if we go on to work together.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no third-party trackers. Your choice in the cookie notice is stored only locally in your own browser, so we don't show you the notice on every visit. Fonts are served from our own server, not through an external service.
If we ever start measuring anything, we will only do so after you have given consent in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie preferences.
Who we share data with
We only share your data with the parties we need to run this website and our email: our hosting provider and our email provider. They process the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep data
We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your question and for as long as we work together. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, such as the tax retention period for invoices. Technical server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a limited period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Send an email to [email protected]; we will respond within four weeks.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when the website or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
